First Appointment:

For a first appointment book a New Inquiry 30 Minute Discounted Online Appointment, at a cost of $65.00incGST. With this appointment you need to pay the full fee when you make the booking. Scroll down to the first calendar below to make and pay for a first online appointment. These times are made available when it’s estimated that completing clients will allow space in the calendar for a new client to book their appointments with sufficient regularity.

Appointments for Current Clients:

Usually current clients will book a further appointment directly with Gerry at the end of a session. If for any reason that didn’t happen clients can book a next appointment from an appropriate calendar below. A reminder that the expected amount of time for an EMDR appointment is 90 minutes.

The minimum charge out time is for 60 minutes. Appointments lasting more than 60 minutes will be charged at the 75 minute rate. Appointments last more than 75 minutes will be charge at the 90 minute rate.

Please ensure you choose the correct calendar with respect to your appointment being face to face, OR online.

Payment Procedure:

Upon completion of a 60 minute, or 75 minute, or 90 minute appointment you will receive an emailed invoice, due for payment within 3 days. To avoid a 2% card payment convenience fee, you can pay by internet bank transfer, as detailed in the invoice that will be sent to you. 

Refund Policy:

There is no charge if you cancel your appointment up to the day before. If a cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, or there is a failure to attend a booked session, a full fee will apply.
