First Appointment:

For a first appointment book a New Inquiry 30 Minute Discounted Online Appointment, at a cost of $65.00incGST. With this appointment you need to pay the full fee when you make the booking. Scroll down to the first calendar below to make and pay for this appointment. (to make the booking scroll further down to the first calendar below.)

 

Appointments for Current Clients:

Usually current clients will book a further appointment directly with Gerry at the end of a session. If for any reason that didn’t happen clients can book a next appointment from an appropriate calendar below.

• EMDR therapy appointments for adults are 90 minutes.

  $350.00

• Face to face Neurofeedback appointments (Auckland only) are 60 minutes.

  $235.00

• All child and teen appointments are 60 minutes.

  $235.00

• 75 minute appointments are available in certain circumstances. Please discuss with Gerry

  $292.50

Payment Procedure:

Upon completion of a 60 minute, or 75 minute, or 90 minute appointment you will receive an emailed invoice, due for payment within 3 days. To avoid a 2% convenience fee, you can pay by internet bank transfer, as detailed in the account that will be sent to you. 

 

Refund Policy:

There is no charge if you cancel your appointment up to the day before. If a cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, or there is a failure to attend a booked session, a full fee will apply.
